 Location of bed was really too close to bathroom making entry/exit difficult.

I used to stay in novotels many years ago and found them boring; now recently I've stayed in 2 novotels and they are excellent - comfortable rooms, exciting design/architecture and nice food; highly recommendable
with dinner, i had ordered a white wine and it wa s notr served chilled... |

The Novotel hotel chain has become one of our favorites. We will be traveling to Amsterdam in April and hope to stay at the Novotel there.

THE MAN AT RECEPTION WHEN WE CHECKED IN WAS AWESOME, HELPING US SO MUCH WITH OUR FORWARD FLIGHT CONNECTIONS THAT WE COULD NOT GET ON THE LOBBY COMPUTERS.
NONE...HOTEL FAR SURPASSED EXPECTATIONS. WILL STAY THERE WHEN IN MILAN NEXT TIME. |

We were very happy with our stay. Restaurant was good and made our overnight stay pleasant. Room was much larger than expected compared to other European hotels.
Unable to call for airport shuttle. No one at the airport was willing to give information on how to call the hotel. |

We enjoyed an excellent night's rest in transit. The soundproofing was excellent - I couldn't believe how quiet the room was. The transfers between airport and hotel were appreciated as were the tea/coffee facilities in the room.
The staff were extremely professional.
I would certainly recommend this hotel and use it again.

Good size of room. Quiet. Eating is possible everytime.
Staff are unfriendly. Narrow enterance to room. Many flys in restaurant. For reach to Milan city, take shuttle bus(every 30 min.) to Malpensa airport and take bus or train to city(total takes nearly 2 hours). |

It is very new and clean, very close to the airport.
Staff not too supportive. Coudn't get me an Aspirin, they run out of Diet Coke, worst of all no WI-FI yet, Internet only at the lobby. Call them if they have WIFI already installed before you go! |
