This hotel is ideally located for the tourist. It is nicely appointed and the staff is polite and extremely helpful. I highly recommend it.
The location was excellent. This wasn't made that clear in the description. Carcassonne is made up of the old city and the new one and the article made it look as if it was outside of town, but it was very close to the historical centre, which is of most interest to people. Also, the gardens were really lovely. This wasn't made clear. Some photos would have helped){kind=link}
