I have stayed there twice (separated by several years). It is an acceptable place at modest price (for an expensive area), but undistinguished. One won't be unhappy but it's just not a memorable place.
Very small rooms with cramped bathroom. Japanese hotels have small bathrooms but much better spaces to put your cosmetics while using them.
