The room has been warmer than usual and hence could not sleep properly. Atleast a kettle for late night coffee/tea would have been good.

They want you to take THEIR taxi contractor. So when you want them to order another/cheaper taxi company there are always little mistakes and problems and you end up ordering your taxi yourself to avoid these. Recommend only special restaurants. No objective recommendations to fit the customers' needs. Poor Service... missing attention. You have to bring your luggage outside yourself.
