Europa Hotels & Congress Center – Standard is located on the Buda side of the capital in a green and quiet spot with easy access to the city centre and the main attractions. It is situated 35 km from Ferihegy International Airport, 4 km from one of the main railway stations and approximately a 15 minute drive from the M1 and M7 motorways.

The hotel offers 170 guest rooms including 111 double rooms, 51 triple rooms and 8 apartments. Each guestroom has direct dial phone, colour TV with satellite channels and many also offer minibar refreshments. Pets are allowed.

Connected to the hotel, the Europa Congress Center offers distinctive meeting and banquet facilities. Comprising an area of 7000 m², its 9 conference and banquet rooms with a wide range of set-ups can host groups from 15 to 520 people. It is an ideal venue for conferences, exhibitions, corporate or social events in a dynamic and modern environment. An experienced and dedicated staff is available for consultation and planning, as well as for the organization of in-house catering and latest audiovisual services.

There is a swimming-pool opened till 20:00, which was too early for us, so we did not try it. Public transport is good, running every 5-10 min all the day close to the hotel. One can be satisfied for the i-net price (and i think we were), but for next time we would try another hotel.

You can get good room on the quiet side of hotel, but unfortunately we got the one with the busy road under our windows. But you can be lucky. The room facilities are getting old and are worse than on pictures, but still satisfactory.
