| EN: Room was very loud and for that rate for that was inappropriate. Infront of the window there were min.80 cigarette stubs (disgusting).
DE: Zimmer war sehr laut und der Zimmerpreis war nicht wirklich gerechtfertigt. Vor dem Fenster lagen mindestens 80 Zigaretten Stummel (ekelhaft). |

 I was very impressed with the service. Initially there was not a non-smoking room available and as i am asthmatic the hotel accommodated me with an upgrade. Will try to stay here during my next visit to Brussels. Thank you very much.
The breakfast was a bit expensive and this was not highlighted on the booker website. |

The location of the hotel is ideal tram and subway just 1 minute away from the hotel.
Rooms facing the street side are very noisy (trams, cars etc.). Rooms look NH style but are small and housekeeping should take better care of dusty corners, blocked shower heads etc. Be aware to book room rate including breakfast (otherwise hotel charges 21 € which is way to much for the quality offered!). |

| The junior suite was very poor. The standard room has more "things" in the bathroom, than junior suite! No bathtube, no slippers, no coffee facilities...! |

The restaurant in the hotel served up very delicious food and staff was always helpful and friendly.
The shower glass door could not close properly, very small room and found hairs on my pillows and bedsheet upon inspection. |

| Fighting for a seat, a knife etc. at breakfast, inpolite staff at breakfast. Air condition let's the room vibrate at all. The parking garage is a joke. |

Very plesent hotel with a good breakfast.
I was put in the small room with one bed and no wardrobe for the same price as someone in the twin bedroom and full equipment. |
