We asked for and got a non smoking room on the courtyard side. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, hotel well situated for Bremen Airport, good price at €50 a night.
 We asked for a non smoking room on the carpark (quiet) side of the hotel but were given a smoking room on the street (noisy) side! The receptionist apologised for that. |

Very convenient for airport
Restaurant closed on Sunday evening - this was not made clear in the description, though the staff did recommend a restaurant about 10 minutes' walk away. Luckily it wasn't raining! |

Very good hotel, no so far of the centre and near of the airport. Also the staff were very polite.
Some times the staff forget put a new soap after clean the flat. The pillows are so inconvinient soft. |

On the confirmation from you, there was a note that the room was for 1-2 persons, and that is common On Mercure hotels. When I arriwed I must pay a 6 Euro extra because we shoul have a double instead of single.
The rooms was terribly and the exteriour outside along two very busy streets was avful. |

The staff are the hotel's greatest benefit.
Sorry but I will not return to this hotel. Mercure Hotels are usually of a good standard. This one was well below average. |

| If you allergic also wish to live in a room for smoking, to you here. If you travel with adult children, to you here. If your friend, goes by the car 400 km for a meeting with you, to you here. If you wish to feel the sailor on a ship, to you here.
Only the facts: we have reserved and prepaid 2 numbers for non-smoking 1,5 months prior to a trip. As a result have received 2 smoked rooms. Asked one two-beds room for the adult son and its aunt, have received for them room with one bed.
Our friend could not pass in our number at 21.00 on February, 20th 2008- hotel staff did not start up. The girl on reception most boorish has told who is the captain, and who the sailor. The sailor, naturally, was I. |

We have travelled alot in Europe with one nite stops and stayed a half day in the hotel near the airport before the next day flight. This hotel is one of the best ones; location, price, cleanliness are the most important
difficult to get tram tickets if you walk from the airport to the hotel and then wish to go to downtown with tram |

| Leider liegt das Hotel an einer vierspurigen sehr lauten Hauptverkehrsstraße. Ein Schlafen bei geöffneten Fenster ist nur bis 6 Uhr möglich, da dann der Berufsverkehr startet. Für diese Lage zu teuer!!! |

Over all a good hotel.
What I think would be something to work with is:
Very hard beds. Could be a bit softer.
The staff should speak a bit better english.
There is not refridgerators in all rooms, so you could have a problem if you buy something that needs to be stored in a cold place.
Expensive breakfast. |
