We found the hotel staff all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had no problems with access to our rooms and with storage of our baggage as needed.
 We were rather dissapointed with the smell of cigarette smoke but hadn't realised that our floor and another were not non-smoking zones. We thought that all hotels were now completely non-smoking but in future we will ask for this. |

We were made to feel very welcome and there was no problem with gaining access to our rooms or storing our baggage as needed. The staff were all very friendly. We did not eat breakfast or dinner so are unable to comment on the food.
We were very aware of the smell of cigarette smoke and were surprised when the receptionist advised that our floor and another were in a smoking zone. We thought all hotels were non-smoking now but we will in future ask for this. |

We had booked a basic double room, but were happily surprized when they moved us into a suite without any extra costs. excellent location, you can see the hotel right from the main station's main entrance.

| I used this hotel some times and like it. But this time the room was very
narrow. I know this hotel has some types of the room and had used wider room. I don't know why the room is different at each case I book. |
