 Staff is very friendly and efficient. Hotel is well renovated, rooms are cery clean. Menue for dinner is limited in the Mercure style but food quality is good and service really good

| It probably should be highlighted somewhere that the Bosch rate is for a room with a single bed. That was fine for me, but it might not be for everyone. |

Breakfast great, freshly squeezed orange juice and lots of choice
Very noisy. Roomdorrs only close by slamming them, hence anyone coming home at night wakes up everyone else. Loud people next door partying all night make it worse. Asked for help to stop them at reception, nothing happened. |

The service was incredible. They printed and brought documents to my room. The staff was very positive and professional. I would go back and recommend it highly. The room was spotless and the sheets were new but soft. The price was very low.

Excellent location close to the centre of town and the main train station. Good, cheap BBQ dinner one night that we would recommend. Rooms were pretty large and the bathroom was good.
Braunschweig was host to the German Shepherd Dog Sieger show and the hotel was fully booked. However, it did not seem that staffing had been adjusted to cope in the bar or restaurant. We waited over 2 and a half hours for our meal in the restaurant one night and over 25 minutes for a drink at the bar. There were simply not enough staff to cope with the number of guests. The staff were pretty good and we felt a bit sorry for them, but there needed to be many more of them. Front desk staff were excellent and spoke perfect English. |
