 Friendly staff, managed an early check in for us, clean rooms.
 Somebody had been in our room during the afternoon as we had turned the lights off and they were on when we came back. Cleaner tried to come in at 9.30am when we were still in bed. |

Staff nice
Always stayed on car park side, rooms nice, and quiet. Room this time faced busy road and sound proofing is very poor. Worst nights sleep for a long time! |

Very well equiped and maintained gym and pool facilities
The toilets in the male gym changing rooms were a discrace, the floor in the changing rooms was also very dirty. |

Good breakfast prompt room service.
Room reeked of tobacco smokw even though it purports to be a non smoking hotel. Houskeeping staff indifferent when complaint made. £3-50 fee to bring drinks to our room exorbiant. |
