The Holiday Inn Express Hotel Boston is the most affordable and economical non-smoking hotel located two miles from downtown Boston and five miles from Logan International Airport. Our hotel also offers transportation to/from Logan International Airport and Black Falcon Pier. Shuttle operate 24 hours and the cost is $5.00 each way. Vouchers are required to be purchased. We are also convenient to many area companies and attractions including: China Town, the JFK Museum & Library, Theater District and the Museum of Fine Arts. Hotel features include complimentary continental breakfast, free high-speed Internet access, and free local phone calls. Enjoy a unique breakfast experience at our new Express Start breakfast bar served every morning featuring a selection of fruits, juices, cereals, breads/pastries, and even hard boiled eggs.   Friendly staff, well equipped room, cleanliness fine, nice breakfast. Not close to central Boston, but grocery and dining options are within walking distance.

  Very nice hotel, excellent staff and good buffet style breakfasts plus tea/coffee/hot chocolate available 24 hours.

  Better lighting between hotel and shopping precinct would make it feel safer during evenings. Approach route to subway not very appetising (lots of litter and weeds and general feeling of neglect to the whole area).

  For value for money and a bed to sleep in, a bathroom to wash in and a roof over your head in Boston, I doubt you'd find better elsewhere in Boston at the price charged. Would recommend on this basis.

  Not a negative per se, but the hotel is a fairly non descript block sandwiched between an expressway and a shopping centre, with little of interest in the area.

  We were delighted with the hotel, which was everything we could have wished for and would certainly go back next time we are in Boston.

  Pretty good location because there is a subway 5 minutes away. Otherwise the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and there are practically no attractions within a walking distance.

  Not that's the first hotel in the USA with this problem, but those non-opening windows make me feel bad.
