      Extremely clean, extremely friendly, rooms are bigger than what might be expected at a small European hotel. Bathroom is superb.

      Construction on street in front of hotel. Room on back side of hotel may be better option during construction.

      The hotel was great value, with our room facing a quiet courtyard. Rhine Promenade was 2 minutes one direction, Beethoven Museum and marketplaces 5 minutes the other direction. Breakfast was very nice. Accomodated an extra bed in room for my 10-year old.

      There was nearly no noise from the outside, my room was going out to the back side though. The sound insulation to the inside was not spectacular, but my neighbors were apparently very quiet. I liked their breakfast, expecting much worse for the price. The location just at the edge of the pedestrian zone and old city of Bonn is also a nice plus.

      My room was very small, acceptable for my short stay, but probably it would be quite depressing if you intend to stay indoors for some time. The rooms provide what is described, but just that, not one bit more. But maybe this should even go under positive in this price class.
