The staff I encountered were all very friendly and helpful. The treatments were great.

Excellent hotel, good location for meetings at the UN while still within walking distance of the central district, and good public transport. The Welcome Card with the hotel.info reservation was a nice bonus.
Rooms with adjoining doors are not as well soundproofed. |

Fantastic hotel - best I have stayed in last 8 weeks in Germany for the price. Staff excellent. Breakfast excellent. Room excellent. All excellent and I would definitely recommend this hotel. Shame I didnt know about it earlier. Apartment option is also great.

Super hotel - very clean and welcoming. Nice to have tea making facilities in the room - not common in Germany. Close to trams - really easy to get into Bonn center.
Restaurant bill could not be transfered to Hotel bill - not very slick! Food was good but on the expensive side. |
