The room was clean when I entered, the receptionists at the front desk are friendly, breakfast is fine

The room cleaning service is bad - they do not replaced the towels or renewed the bathroom/restroom supply for SIX days ! The hot water system is horrible (there are bursts of hot water followed by freezing water in the shower. There are no curtains in the bathroom. The radiator (heating) system stops in the night. The receptionists at the front desk are smoking in the face of the customer (they smoke all the time).
