Our comfortable rooms are appointed with a shower, toilet, TV and partially a balcony and offer you a fantastic view of the countryside and the idyllic village. The copious breakfast buffet gives you energy for tours and excursions to the places of interest. The restaurant Forellenfischer is one of the most popular restaurants in the region where we will spoil you with culinary delights and good wines. Hold your conferences and family celebrations in our conference and public room, whose romantically peaceful location and familial atmosphere will persuade you. More than 40 km long hiking trails invite you to explore the various countryside with the rocky hills and heaths. Through small tributary valleys they take you to castle ruins and viewpoints, caves and, as natural trails, to local mixed forests. Climbers will be happy to find the valleys of the rivers Blau and Aach providing the best frameworks for this kind of sport. |
We arrived late, but were met with a nice note on the door pointing us to our room keys, and went promptly to the not-too-expensive but lovely restaurant across the street for a wonderful dinner. (Be prepared to wait an hour to be served!)
The Forellenfischer's owner/proprietor is a genial and attentive host. We warmly recommend his hotel. Be sure to look carefully at the arrival directions before you get there!
