Hot water for washing and bathing really was HOT!
Breakfast provision and variety was excellent.
Third-floor room windows had noty been cleaned for some time. The double glazing on one of them had broken down. And the bed was not ideally situated in the room, with about 3 feet of space on one side, and about 8 inches on the other, next to the radiator. Also I now know that I could have asked for a non-slip mat to use in the bath, to ease getting out of it for more elderly folk - but there wasn't one and I didn't know that at the time.
None of these, however, would lead me not to use this hotel again.
