* we got a good rate 63€ B&B for a normal room price of 150€. For this price it is a excellent deal for the neighbourhood and recently improved hotel.
* a big confortable bed
* nice materials used in the room
* Some finishing in the room shows minor defects. Holes cut out to large not covered, etc...
* Corridor in cheap materials, finishing does hardly ever fit. (insolation visible, wall cover and door have gap between them, etc...)
* Restaurant closed during our stay in November.
* Only hot selection at breakfast is a variety of filled croissants.
