I was supposed to receive a registered mail sent to this hotel address. Surprisingly enough the first thing I heard from the hotel receptionist was that he had been on the night shift as a security person until 7AM but he was just there as a receptionist did not show by the time he was usually allowed to leave. He knew nothing about reception and no information was provided on my mail as a message to be handed over and that I should wait until 3PM. The mail was actually for a 1PM event and it would be too late.
The temp receptionist was kind enough to check the safe first but the mail was not there. After looking around for 15 to 20 minutes he finally found it, which was left with all other things.
He was also surprised that a registered mail was handled that way.
The room quality was not bad and it was just 1-2 minute walk from the station but I would never use this hotel in case I have something unusual to ask the hotel staff to take care of.
