fairly sized and well equipped room (extra table and couch) variety and quality of breakfast is insufficient. noise on the hotel corridors was clearly audible inside the room and very annoying. colleague of mine in another room closer to the elevator complained about constant elevator call and confirmation sounds.

Very central. Easy to get to all the major sights of Bilbao. Hotel looks a little bit tired.
