Many small things in the room have not been working or would have required simple adjustment or fixing: sink is leaking and is not draining nicely, the toilet could not be brought to flush (I informed the counter).
There should be a reasonable choice of movies free of charge.
Internet should be free of charge.
The coffee is terrible (breakfast). There should be options for free coffee specialties like at least cappuccino. |

The hotel needs to work on having cleaner sheets. The one I got has all kinds of debris stuck with it (hair, dried suds, dust, lint)... and when I was moved, the other room's sheets have a huge stain on it. I would expect from the price that was paid that at least the bed is REALLY, REALLY, clean and STAIN-FREE! |

We chose the hotel because of its closeness to the airport as we had an early flight the next day.

The menu was far too expensive for us. We noticed that not many people were eating and we noticed that one party that did was sharing the food and I think they complained about the quality. We did have an evening drink but this again was for too expensive. We felt that if the prices were more realistic more people would have participated. The furniture in the public area was very worn. |

We stayed at your hotel only for a night and our appreciation and satisfaction is shown on the above questionaire.After a dissapointing holiday in Fuerte Ventura, the room in your hotel it was fantastic and warm, exactly what we would like to be.We would definetely book a room with your hotel in the future if the opportunity arises.Very pleased, thank you.

Lovely room service, great room, friendly staff

The manager on reception who was giving a staff member a reprimand, in a loud voice in front of all the customers waiting to check in was highly inappropriate. It is a wonder the staff are as welcoming as they are if this is the way they are treated by manager. |
