 Really professional and first class staff. We needed another pillow. It was there in 5 minutes. Restaurant food was excellent quality and value.
 No hairdrier in rooms!! A couple of biscuits with the tea tray for late arrivals would have been a bous. I know neither were advertised but by having them you would earn more "brownie" points!
The Council's cobbled paving stones at every junction did not help us wheel a luggage trolley and to us were "overkill", but that's their problem- not yours!! |

very clean and excellent service from all members of staff.
beds are very hard and had to chase mattress around the room. made for an exciting night. |

Good position for airport.
I asked for a quiet room and staff were very keen to fulfil my request. Liked the functional comfortable room.
Hotel info could helpfully explain there is a free rail link from mainline station to airport which serves the hotel. |

Very pleasant staff, and functional accommodation
Found it extremely difficult to locate the hotal. When I made this comment at Reception, I was told that it has just opened up. Even with the roadworks around the Hotel if woudl be helpful for some form of signage to direcrt passengers to the hotel. |
