In case of arrival outside business hours of reception, the guests are asked to contact the hotel prior by phone (in order to receive the code for the hotel entrance)! Hotel Seeblick Bernried was built in 1891 and has been a restaurant and hotel ever since. We are a family-run business with a long tradition of over 75 years. A beautiful quiet location. Hotel facilities excellent. Everything was extremely clean. The games room with table tennis was an added bonus. Great breakfast and excellent food in the restaurant. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists. I would definitely visit again if I were staying in the area.
We travelled to the hotel by train which was approximately 1km from the hotel. Whilst we had expected this and were geared up to walk, I was surprised there didn't appear to be any local buses in the area so we could get out and about more easily.
