I was very disappointed to find that the only wireless internet access available was the extremely expensive Swisscom service.

The position of the hotel was excellent for bot shopping and sight seeing. The staff were very accomodating and helpful. Would be happy to use this hotel again. The room was on the small side.

Excellent service, knowledgeable and helpful staff, free internet access, in-house laundry for guest use and superb location. Fitness equipment a bit creaky.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were so soft and comfortable. After a long day of walking it was nice to relax and sleep well. The room was a nice size. Large enough for our suitcases to be opened without stepping on them!
