Excellent staff. Easy access to the Bernes very good public transportation system. The room seemed small but it is probably typical for a European Hotel (I'm from America and hotel rooms are generally bigger here).
English translation for room service and more english speaking TV stations would have been nice. 230 of the 250 TV stations must have been in the premium pay service because I could only see about 20-25 in the non-pay service, only 3 of which were in english so I could understand it. Evening meals in the restaurants were expensive, especially the Japanes restaurant. A quick ride into the city center on the tram provided unlimited food options though. The shower/tub in my room was very stylish and trendy but hard to climb in and out of because of the high sides.
