Thanks a lot for the internet access in the lobby without which we'd have had trouble getting our train tickets printed out in time :-)
Your breakfast was very fine - good value for money really.

A safe in the room would be nice in a city like Berlin where you really want to take as little of value with you when going out into town. |

Very nice breakfast buffet and friendly staff!

I had asked for a Non-smoking Room but got a one for smokers. But it wasn´t that bad. We were very satisfied with our stay!! |

the stuff has been very friendly, the breakfast buffet wonderful - you could order something on side, without extra charge. We got two times an welcome drink. and the best in the summertime we had a ac..

there have been doors from other rooms with a big bang when the closed. but there have been two doors in your own room, so you could be very quiet. |

This is a quiet part of town. The last stop on S25.

Kind of far. Maybe next time detailed instructions when coming from the train is required. Walking about 10 minutes in which direction, for example. It's actually across the street from a plaza with shops. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Despite being outside the city centre there were excellent transport links, making travelling into the city easy.

Connection to public transport is very time consuming and difficult. Also the description of the hotels geographical position lacks clarity, as it is somehow suggested that it is directly accessible from the airport, which is impossible |

Very nice hotel, especially taking in account the price.

Bit far from the city center of Berlin. Not so much to do in the town itself. |

| We had a special deal for the Mercure hotel in Siemensdam. Very near to a U bahn, but the wrong line for sightseeing. Pros: Someone with taste decorated the rooms. The staff is friendly and helpfull.
Cons: Not worth the normal price. In a suburb, too far from the centre. |
