Aquarium gives this hotel an absolute attraction.

Great room, very nicely furnished, aquariam was a unique feature of the hotel. Staff were extreemely helpful, free wireless broadband, free laptop size safe, overall an excellent stay.

sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, insbesondere wenn man über mehrere Wochen im Hotel wohnt, ist es sehr positiv, wenn man mit seinem Namen direkt angesprochen wird
ich hatte ein Nicht-Raucherzimmer gebucht und zuerst ein Raucherzimmmer bekommen. Dieses wurde zwar direkt in ein Nicht-Raucherzimmer getauscht, aber dieses entsprach nicht dem normalen Radisson-Standard für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel (schlecht geputzt und viel zu laut). Auf Grund wurde für die 2. Nacht noch einmal das Zimmer getauscht. |

Both the concierge service as well as the reception service can be described as very professional. This should be noted separately. The Radisson SAS is one of the newest 5 star locations at the city of Berlin. Hopefully they can maintain the situation at present.
There was no negative experience within my stay at the Radisson SAS at all. Perhaps this could be the very best hotel at the city of Berlin right now. Actually I did not try out all the others. |
