 Overall, the hotel is located rather close to the twon centre, while also in a quiet street. Rooms are well done and clean

| The fixture of the shower head was busted so it was unconvenient too use the shower (but i didnt report it). Not enough staff on the reception desk at checkout - long waiting time and a flight to reach. |

The reception staff were extremely kind and helpful.
The bathroom had a hole in the door which detracted from privacy. The shower/wet room allowed a lot of water into the bathroom. The maid did not replenish coffee/tea, etc. Breakfast was very expensive and not available at a convenient time. The restaurant lacked atmosphere. |

Central location, price (especially when booked through hotel.de), and proximity to metro station and the Museumsinsel.
Aside from the financial theme, rooms around the central courtyard are subject to the echoing noise of anyone who happens to sit at the tables outside. There also is an additional (and rather high) charge for breakfast. |

first room assigned was of the glass-door bathroom
door has largish round hole (design feature) and does not close properly, let alone "sealing" the bathroom

Clean and smart. Bathroom particularly good. Comfortable bed. Lots of light.
Internet is obscenely overpriced - it gives a very poor impression of the hotel as a place to do business. Internet should be free in the modern world (or at most 3 euros per day). So c.20 euros per day is absolutely absurd. This is the main reason I have reservations about the hotel. It is a rip-off for an essential business service. |

Well situated close to the city center and near to the U-Bahn station.
Breakfast too expensive. Internet connection and using is expensive. It should be free of charge. |

very friendly staff. We enjoyed just sitting at the bar after a full day wandering the streets of Berlin, and chatting to the bar staff. Everyone was very helpful. Secure car parking was VERY secure - and only 15 euros a night

Very nice rooms and within easy walking distance of the main Berlin attractions plus a half a block from the U-Bahn. Highly recommended

Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß und modern eingerichtet. Aus den Nebenzimmern konnte man überhaupt keine Geräusche vernehmen und da das Hotel in einer Seitenstraße liegt, hält sich der Verkehrslärm auch in Grenzen. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist optimal; es befinden sich 2 U-Bahn-Stationen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Stadt- und U-Bahn-Plan liegt ebenfalls im Zimmer bereit. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt zwar keine Wünsche offen, ist meines Erachtens mit 17 EUR aber zu teuer (für den Fall dass es im Zimmerpreis nicht mit eingeschlossen ist). |

Brand new hotel of the Park Inn chain, has 2 subway stations nearby and the rooms are very interesting.
