Very centrally located in East Berlin, busy hotel but everything works well. Do not be put off by the pictures of the hotel as inside is very modern and update. Breakfast not cheap but superb.
Entrance foyer could be better laid out but they have done the best they can relative to the shape of the building. |

Friendlies hotel staff I have ever met. Excellent service.

| Arriving at the hotel, we had to wait for 20 minutes in a long line to check in. After long search, our booking was found. Again 15 minutes and we received our two rooms instead of one, the hotel proposed to us.
Never ever we will use this hotel again. |
