 This hotel has exceeded my expectation before my arrival. The price I paid was super great with the breakfast and dinner quality provided. The reception staff was very helpful. The room is clean and neat. I enjoyed my experience a lot.
 The only fall-backs I found was the shampoo/conditioner kit in the bathroom was actually opened before I ever used. There was no lotion provided so I had to go get it from the reception and it was never provided throughout the five days I was there. |

This hotel was fabulous- good location close to train station (900metres), great room, and excellent very helpful staff
Pillows were really flat that even with 3, my head didn't feel like it was raised at all. |

The room was relatively small but very comfortable, well equiped, modern, quiet and clean (as the whole hotel). The staff was friendly and correct.
The hotel is a bit far from the main touristic areas (except to Oranienburgerstrasse - a nice area to go out or for dinner - and the main train station), but still at a walking distance from the city centre(around 15 minutes on foot to the Museuminseln or the Reichtag). The breakfast buffet was good and varied, although a bit pricey (17 euros, which were not included in the price of the room in our case). |

We were traveling with two children and we got a room designed for disabled persons. Spacious clean room room and excellent co-operation from the staff!
Breakfast buffet was also excellent!

Very good service at the front desk and in the restaurant.
this stay I noticed lots of noise in the hallway in the morning....cleaning team working....that should be resolved. |

Wonderful location, very near a U-station and within 12 minutes walking ditance of the new Hauptbahnhof. THe first place I'll try for a price-worthy stay my next time in Berlin is here!
II didny take breakfast, but the one eevining meal O hd was excellent
offer little s-ugar candies (though not, Gott sei Dank, at the Reception)? Bsd idea. Have nothing or have some fruit, e.g. apples (as at some other Mercures.) |

T-mobile WLAN hotspot in the rooms is better than the ethernet solution, especially purchasing monthly access, which pays for itself in 2 nights. Nice big desk with easy to access power outlets. Easy walk to Oranienburgerstr. for restaurants and a little nightlife.
The climate system is a little loud and blows constantly, unless you shut it off completely. No mini-fridge in the room, which is a shame since two grocery stores are within 200m of the hotel. |

The position of the hotel is ideal to discover the city! The hotel is ideal for scientists who would like to visit the institutes of the Charite.
I found no negative aspects. However, the air condition is somewhat noisy (when ventilation is switched on) |
