Excellent for overnight stay between flights. Very convenient transfer to the airport.
What would happen if the flight is between 23-5am?There is no transfer that time and the hotel is NOT in a walking distance from the airport |

It was great being so close to the airport for my early morning flight. The free shuttle was also as welcome addition. The room was very nice and clearn.

very quiet and stylish for a 3 star hotel, directly next to the airport, free parking space for guests, friendly staff, free cookies in the room for our child
breakfast quite expensive, strange pillows, strange herb shampoo + shower gel, free mineral water and coffee/tee in the room would be great |

Close to the Airport.
15 euros for breakfast! Completely ridiculous price. No affordable food on the premises other than complimentary apples at reception, which I had to survive on all night which gave me a bad stomach ache on the plane the next day. Would never stay here again unless I brought my own kitchen with me. |

There were red long hairs from a woman everywhere in the bathroom. This was very nasty. |

It is nice to be able to make your own tea and coffee when required. It may be an idea to put tea /coffee making facilities in the rooms.
A majority of people prefer tea in the morning rather than coffee. We had to ask the waitress to suplly a jug with milk as there was only cream available for the coffee. It is not easy with a language barrier to request things out of the norm. The staff were very helpful and did carry out our request. |

we like the proximity to the airport and the efficient shuttle service between the hotel and airport. the breakfast buffet was excellent. didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool and sauna. but enjoyed easy reach into Berlin city via public transport with tickets being available fm the reception.
