The staff were extremely friendly. We ordered delivery food service and it didn't provide utensils and the staff were kind enough to arrange it for us.
The room is really quiet, besides hearing once in awhile another guests.
I like that when I was showering, it didn't make the floors wet like other hotels.
The doors can be a litttle thicker because when you're in your room, you can hear others walking outside.
