 No information while booking that shuttle runs only by contacting the hotel first.
No shuttle info at the airport, where Holiday inn for example has its stand at the shuttle area.
taxis refuse to drive to so close destinations and with big luggage at 01 am your are in real trouble.
Staff at receptions was arronagnt in matter and said that I should have found the public phone and card in the middle of night to contact them.
Ver negative experience.
Horrible surrounding.

Big room, feels very comfortable with sofa and arm chair; there is even a little kittchen
the sofa needs to be fixed: where you sit on was very worn (even torn) and just covered with a sheet |

our stay at the hotel was a really good experience. everyoe was friendly and helpful. its also easy access to berlin centre by train plus the shuttle bus to the airport was great. thanks for a good time

the hotel provides free shuttle bus to/from the airport. but it is not shown on your web site.

Very good price for the quality and location.
The hotel provided a free transfer to the airport.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
We arrived late due to the cancelation of several trains (bad weather). We arrived at around 2300 and hoped to be able to get something to eat. The bar was open - but for drinks only. The hotel did not serve prepared snacks of any description which was disappointing. |

great value for money. however, wireless internet through thecloud.net is only working in the lobby and some rooms on the 3rd floor. it would be nice if the hotel could offer wifi throughout the entire hotel.

Would stay again. Reasonable charge for wireless internet but it only works on floor 2 and 3 and ground floor. Great value for money especially if you are flying through Shoenefeld Airport.

| I can't believe it's only 1.3kilometres from Schoenefeld, it seems considerably further, but in any case, the free (Kostenlos) Shuttle service was superb, and should be advertised better, I think, it's a really big benefit of the hotel! |
