Hotel reccomended us to grade up room at free-of-charge. There is no free internet service which price is 22 Euro for 24 hours as a business use. If there is service for 1 bottle of water, that will be perfect.

The entire staff is very helpfull and kind. We love the hotel and enjoyed the stay very much. The use of the sauna should be included in the price

The staff were friendly and helpful The air conditioning was not working, so we had to leave a window open all day and night, which caused noise disturbance. The service in the restaurant was slow and pretentious and the food did not rate a Michelin star.

One of the most friendly hotels in Germany with a wide list of services available at any time (f.e. very important is a possibility to use a loundry service late in the evening or at night with clothes be ready in the morning - one does not have to take an extra suit and shirts) Usually the summ payable by credit card is taken twice (this time also). You have to send special papers to the bank to return back the payment. All in all it takes smth round 45 days to get back the doubled payment
