Great staff, clean rooms, good location. I had a number of requests over several days that the staff always accomodated happily. For example, I needed several online tickets printed - just e-mailed PDFs to front desk person very late at night and they were waiting for me in an envelope first thing the next morning.
Booked accidentally into terrible-smelling "cleaned" smoking room first night. Not sure if this was hotel.de or Lindemanns fault. But the staff very quickly fixed this after I complained, took care of moving my bags for me, etc.
