 If you are expecting a hotel, this is not the place. No refrigerator, no internet service (the hotel description says it does have internet connectivity in the room, but it doesn't and it still charges 5 euros per day), and no room service except for daily cleaning. |

This is not a hotel. After one obligatory night we moved to another hotel, cause it is NOT possible to tive in a room with OPEN shower all in 6 meters. DISGUSTING |

enjoyed our stay very clean rooms always a good thing when white bedding/linen used you can tell its spotless
thought toilet was very pokey(we were in room 418)we had asked for non smoking room but the room we were given stank of cigerettes tea/coffee making facilities could be provided |

The hotel was very quiet, the location is excellent. The staff is friendly.
The coffee at breakfast came from a Tchibo maschine, but tasted badly; also the black tea bags were no better choice, they were the cheapest available. The light in the bath room was too dark. The position of the TV is too high. |

very clean and nice rooms with high ceiling, comfortable beds, very friendly staff
very noisy since it's an old building that is not at all soundproof, especially disturbing in the morning |

Our double room was adequate but we would have liked drawers for some items but only had a wardrobe. One or two persons complained that their single rooms were too dark. Overall though everyone thought it was good value for money. The location was very good too. On a return trip would like to stay there again.

| The Hotel is ok. The rooms are ok too. But the room doors are very old and badly soundproof. If a person walks in the gangway you think it will entering your room. |

The folks at the desk were very good. One person was extremely helpful in finding the bus route and schedule for our U-bahn and bus to the airport at 430 am.
