The Hotel Atlantic is located in Neukölln, a district of Berlin and only a 15-minutes drive away from the city centre. Nice hotel Mentioned parking available but should indicate that: parking on street is available, modest charge for indoor parking. Fire alarm went off 3 times while we were there. The last time it happened there was no staff was available to help the firemen turn off the alarm off after almost 2.5 hours.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel was clean and tidy and situated in an area with good public transport into the city. Only provided breakfast facilities within the hotel, however there are good local eateries within walking distance.

It should be mentioned that there is a direct bus connection from the hotel to the airport Schönefeld every 10 min, with a travel time of 25 min ! The location thus is very convenient for flight passengers The breakfast was ok but not according to expectation given the 3 star rating of the hotel

Very friendly check-in staff with knowledge of english, german and russian. Easily reachable from SXF airport by car, convinient underground parking provided by hotel at price of EUR8.

1. Persistently refuse reception of credit cards, ask payment by cash. 2. In a corridor since morning smells as a smoke of tobacco. 3. The room at delivery is not checked by the personnel of hotel. After departure, write off money from a credit card for nonexistent breakages of the equipment of number. 4. Do not answer on e-mail with the request of an explanation of the reasons of write-off of money for nonexistent breakages of the equipment of number.

The staff is very nice and kind. Very bad quality mattress and also a very very small triple bedroom. In the bathroom the washbasin was driping to a baskett, the staff was aware and still rent the room!
