nice room and bath ( though small) bed linen not ironed, plastic toilet flush not corresponding with the rest of the architecture and the supposed stylishness and luxury of the hotel, paper towels in the more 'public' toilets such as the one below the lobby ... this hotel is not what one could call 'relaxed elegance'.

The hotel service was above outstanding. As described in the hotel brochure. Personal, and going the extra mile. We felt very welcome and taken care of. Competence was to be found everywhere. Thank you! nothing what so ever!
