 This was a great place to stay. The staff was very helpful (speaking English or German)and the location was perfect -- quiet but close to the intercontinetal and shopping and the zoo. A brisk walk will get you seeing much of the city. I will definitely return.

Nice room, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Bus station for Bus 100 (to Brandenburger Tor) in front of the Hotel. Everything was perfect.

The staff were very friendly, the room was big enough. No problems with the shower. Breakfast was great. For the price of 69€ for a double with breakfast included very good.
Someone from the cleaning crew entered the room unannounced, right after we checked in. But we checked in very early, so it was probably an honest mistake. |

A nice and clean hotel with helpful (bi lingual) staff. Very good value with plenty of food available for the included breakfast. The breakfast is also available until 11-30, so is very useful if you are a late riser.

Rooms very clean, comfortable and quiet, without unnecessary facilities such as minibars, swimming pools, fitness rooms etc, thus making possible its very reasonable pricing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Convenient location (15 min walking distance from Zoologischer Garten train station and 5 min from nearest U-Bahn station (Wittenberg Platz)).
During peak hours (9:00-9:30 in the morning) we waited almost 15 (!!!) minutes on the 6th floor for the elevator to arrive. The elevator passed several times going up to the 8th floor or going down to the ground floor, but it never stopped, which doesn't seem to be correct elevator behavior. In the end we decided to take the stairs and so did many other guests.
The bed (room 618), although very comfortable, made annoying crackling noises with every slight movement. |

Hotel - excellent at very reasonable price! I and my wife is like - cozy, comfortable. Very convenient that the majority is in the sights of pedestrian accessibility! If I am going to travel again in Berlin - will focus only there!
The only wish to the hotel - I want to be available at least one television channel (best news) in Russian. |
