Very friendly and helpful staff. Checking in and out was easy and quick. Breakfast was o.k. but no big deal.
WLAN is provided by a separate provider and the service is both costly and cumbersome. I had a "quiet" room and indeed there was no noise from the street. However, the neighbours' lovemaking could not be overheard and thus the insulation between the guest rooms appears below standard. The location is good and conveniently accessible by public transport but is by no means "amidst" touristic hotspots. |

New, very clean and quiet hotel, highly recommended; excellent value for money.
It's just 4 tram stops to Prenzlauer Berg / Mitte, with a tram stop right in front of the door, but about 1 hour to the Western part of town
Our request for a non-smoking room was not communicated initially, but the very helpful hotel staff found us a non-smoking room for the following nights |

Gute Anbindung an ÖPNV.
Etwas außerhalb, aber dank guter Straßenbahn und S-Bahn Anbindung ist man innerhalb von 10 min in der Innenstadt. |

This was the third time we stayed at the Holiday Inn on Prenzlauer Allee, and each time our room was spacious, bright and clean.

The hotel was clean, and similar to the pictures displayed.
The only thing I did not like is the Pay channels do no give you a chance to confirm and so we were charged when we did not realize it. |
