Very easy to get to hotel from the town/airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful and would stay in this hotel again.
Our room overlooked the road which could be noisy at times. Unfortunately there was a new building being constructed over the road which added to the early morning noise. This building works are almost finished. |

The hotel was a convenient distance for travel out of Tegel Airport in the morning, but see also the negative comment.
The hotel was difficult to find by car. The staff gave vague driving directions and seemed to be unaware that there was a road closure. They were also unable to give clear driving directions to the airport. I would suggest that the staff prepare instructions for driving to the hotel from various directions. This will help other patrons in the future. |

Staff (in this case, night porter) were excellent, could not have been more helpful or friendly.
Room had no soap for bathroom, and there was only 1 small pillow. Two would've been nice. |

Great price, especially during winter months. Close to metro station. Cool supermarket near the hotel.

| I regularly travel to Hannover and always use this branch of hotels. I always enjoy the stay and will return again.
