| We could not get a hot drink in the hotel early in the morning. The bar had not closed but was told the machine had been switched off. There should be tea & coffee making facilities in the room. |

Ridiculously high prices for In-Room Wifi Access (88 € for a stay from Sunday to Friday). I mentioned this to a staff member during the checkout |

Good omelette, OK buffet. TV tower is 5mins away - good view
Parking has limited capacity, esp for bigger cars, closest parking around has problems with payment (no credit cards, no 50e bills).
EXTREMELY noisy if your room doesnt face court
Problems with wired inet access in the room
Staff is less collaborating around prolongation of reservation
Room non-smikong but you find an ashtray there, wierd smell in corridors
Not very-friendly part of Berlin (railway a few steps away, junkies, homeless, etc), eat-Berlin |

Ideal location for tourists just few minutes walk from S-Bahn, restaurants, bars and shopping. Friendly and competent staff. Excellent breakfast.
Some noise from train station and building site across the street. |

Sehr schoenes Ambiente und Top Zimmerausstattung
Es gibt direkt gegenueber vom Hotel noch fuer 2 Jahre eine Grossbaustelle. Man kann nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer ist entsprechend trostlos. |

| did not actually use sports facilities, but business office excellent (hotel next to a business centre). ideally placed for what we wanted to do. helpful staff. Tv did not have biggest range of channels |
