the hotel is located within walking distance of the schoenefeld airport. therefore, it is useful for late night arrivals or early morning departures. the night receptionist was very pleasant and the room is nice. the rate through hotel.de was good.
owing to its location, the rooms are noisy, from the road and from passing trains. when closed, even the good quality windows do not keep out the noise completely. |

When our internet service failed, the hotel let me use their computer for a few moments. When the heat in the room became stifling because we disliked the airport noise outside, they brought a fan. Excellent service.

We will be staying again in November of this year. Excellent access to airport and trains into central Berlin.
Needs a better bar, Germany is known for it's beer, very little available. |

Close to Schoenefeld-Airport, easily accessible by motorway, good connection downtown Berlin by public transport.
Noisy through railway line just behing hotel; layout of the bathroom could be improved (taking a shower due to an open design of the shower cabin consequently leads to "flooding" of the bathroom). |

I would like to recommend the very friendly and very capable night staff. My flight was delayed and I arrived in the middle of the night. I was picked up promptly upon my call from baggage claim though normally the shuttle service was not available anymore. After a warm welcome, the lady at the reception informed me about the local transport strike (of which I was unaware) and searched for me for alternatives. In the morning the shuttle driver dropped me off at the station. Everybody was so helpful, friendly and uncomplicated in an effective way, that I will definitely return, should I stay at that airport again.
Being in the middle of airport, train line and airport access routes, leaving the window open means some noise. Nothing that can be avoided, if one wants to have the convenience of the location. |

In my opinion it is a good hotel. It would be even better if wireless internet was free of charge and drinks were cheaper in hotel rooms.

Good location close to the airport and easy to reach. Good package with parking included.

| Die angegebene Adresse "Waßmannsdorfer Chaussee führt bei mindestens 3 Navigationssystemen zu Fehlern: Man landet im Berliner Stadtteil Rudow an einem Einfamilienhaus. Das Problem ist im Hotel bekannt. |

| If the room is not in the main building, but in the second, the restaurant building (as i was offered first), the rooms are worse, less space, no lift, only a small stair to the upper floors - in that case given notes are too high.
Both buildings should be offered differently at different rates!!! |

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and would certainly go there again if I return to Berlin.
Had a bad experience with my dinner. I ordered a veal chop which was beautifully cooked but was extremely tough (especially for veal) I tried to eat it but gave up and advised the waiting staff (who were both very good, and attentive) accordingly.
They were most apologetic and without any fuss presented me with a beef steak which was excellent. The way they handled my 'complaint'
was very good and it ensured that my eating experience in that restaurant was not spoilt.
I shall definately eat in this restaurat again if I visit the area.
I mention this not as a complaint (I don't understand why the veal was so toughg) but as acompliment to the way the whole matter was handled. They were interested and concerned that I had had a bad experience and they immediately responded to put matters right.
