The U-Bahn and bus-based directions given by the hotel staff for reaching the hotel from Berlin Tegel airport were perfect!! A staff member (Nobert Lange) found the right step-down voltage converter for 1 electrical instrument I had. That was very nice. I got wake-up calls on time.
The staff could not tell me how to use internet in English. 12 Euros for breakfast is a high price, though I never ate breakfast there (I only found out the price.) Since the weather is cold, it will be nice to have complimentary hot tea in the lobby. I think that they can keep fewer items for the breakfast and reduce the price. |

This was a delightful hotel. The location was quite good, with easy access to transportation. Please note that the first comment from my wife was the cleanliness of the room - it was really quite nice. An added positive was the refrigerator in the room, an unexpected surprise, especially considering the close location of 3 markets within 2 blocks of the hotel.

| The heating system of the room didn't work whole night. Normally, people are staying at hotel during night. So, room should be warm at night. But, the hotel switches on heating system for the rooms during day (between 7 am and 11 pm). And, they switch off heating system at 11pm o'clock. we were there (in Berlin) 3th January, it was very cold. But, at night I freezed because room was very cold, and heating system wasn't working! |

Only one night but a good experience. Good value for a big city close to transport and centre.
Bathroom a little on the small side but adequate for a short stay. |

| Noise in corridor late at night is unacceptable (people returning home from parties) but difficult to see what could be done.
Soundproofing between rooms is actually fine, and I will continue to use the hotel in future, definitely. |
