Good hotel with good service A little bit difficult to find in Bensheim. THe car park is not large enough

The room reserved by Hotel De was the old room, with any airco, when you enter in a room with 30° and any air co, it is not to do, could you in the feature check the quality of the room and the temperature, I change the room and for 10 € more, I have a room with airco

travelling with children and no lunch options available to them other than dinig room which was greatly over priced!! especially on the sunday-staff were no help at all regarding lunch!!

Tha car park is too small regarding the number of Customers. It's always difficult to find an available location for the car.

Shuttles to SAP premises very useful, convenient and customer oriented. Wireless network connection provided only in the hotel lobby. Tiny 14" TV set in the room.

The hotel in general was absolutely fine, but the bed was pretty short for an average middle european with estimated 1,9 m.
