Excellent customer service - my room smelt of smoke so i requested a different room and was moved immediately. The food in Chambers restaurant behind the hotel was excellent.

The area immediately around the hotel did not look very pleasant so did not feel comfortable leaving the hotel on my own other than to the retaurant nearby. |

A comfortable stay in an efficient hotel

My credit card was going to be charged in euro rather than sterling, which is the local currency, without asking if this was my preference.
The car parking has a very narrow entrance and leaving it requires careful positioning. |

Hotel was very good, no problems at all and the breakfast was excellent. Would certainly stay there again on a trip to Belfast.
