      excellent 5 star hotel. It really is part of the great Raffles tradition of hotels which started in Singapore and continues here in Beijing.

      staff were always very friendly, the hotel was beautifully renovated in 2006 and the entrance to the hotel is just the beginnning as to the well decrorated suites. The hotel is amongst the best in terms of service and quality I have stayed anywhere in the world.

      A request was made to unblock the shower drain, which did not go througn first time, but other than this, the hotel is amongst the best I have stayed at.
