Business hours of reception: from 07:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Hotel Central is situated in the centre of Beaune, in the heart of Burgundy. Our hotel is considered as full of traditional charm, warmth and friendliness. We offer 20 rooms and they are equipped with a TV, a mini-bar, a radio with an alarm-clock, a direct-dial telephone, an internet access, a desk and a bathroom with a bath tub, a shower and a hair dryer. The Le Cheval Blanc restaurant welcomes you in either of its warmly decorated and cosy dining rooms, serving regional and traditional specialities. In summer, a refreshing salad menu is available along with an outdoor seating area just opposite the main square. Our hotel also proposes a private lounge and bar, where you can meet for a relaxing moment. In order to make your stay more comfortable, we also propose a valet service for our closed and private garage.
