The charming L'Ecu de Bretagne is an ancient roadhouse, ideally located on the main square of Beaugency, a small medieval town situated in the Loire valley, 20 km away from Orléans. Its 34 rooms are spread over 3 buildings. The first building has 16 rooms and opens onto the Place du Martroi. The other 2 have been completely restructured and now the 18 air-conditioned rooms have a 3-star rating.
The restaurant serves regional dishes depending on the season. A good selection of fine regional and international wine is offered on the wine list.
