Only positive comment is that we received a reduction in our bill due to the poor standard of our accomodation.
The plumbing from the room above sounded extremely loud in our room. When the toilet above was flushed it sounded as if the water was coming into our room. The shower was falling off the wall, the TV did not work properly, etc. etc. We have stayed in Best Western Hotels all over Europe for many years, but we will never again seek accomodation with this chain.){kind=link}
