 The staff are very professional and kind and helpful
 This is the only "Hilton Hotel" I have to iron my shirts in the maintenance office next to the lift. The GYM room is very small and ill epuip hardly a place for fresh/clean air. The bed room need a luggage chair.I cannot complain too much in Europe hotel vs what Iam use to in Asia. Just cannot compare. |

It is close to SBB station and the transportation is very convenient.
The radio facility is very good and I like it.
Nobody in front of the gate helped me to carry my luggages when I arrived. |

No tea/coffer making facilities in the room. Have to pay for internet whereas many hotels are now free |

good location in the town
plastic flowers in the room and in the other public areas, some strange small on the corridors, additional heating equipment must be installed in the room to get 23 C... manager on duty had no clue about technical issues in the hotel |

Centrallly located and convenient.
Breakfast layout uncomfortable. Bread in a separate rom to rest of the buffet. |

Helpful, friendly staff
This time I had a room at the front of the hotel and the air conditioning was noisy and sounds of trams very loud when opening the windows because of the air conditioning - not good for light sleepers. Rooms at the back are much better. |
